Getting ready to race!

In preparation for the upcoming Little Rock Marathon Races, several Ozarks distance race team members and their family members participated in the Valentine's Day, Sweethearts 5K in Russellville over the weekend. The temperature at the start of the race was 26 degrees F and they had the joy of running and walking on wet and icy paths and bridges throughout the Bona Dea Trails.
