A group from Clarksville's Methodist church recently organized a mission trip to help New Orleans residents clean up damage caused by hurricane Katrina. The group, which included several members of the Ozarks staff, worked for two days removing drywall and insulation from one of the flooded homes, preparing the home to be sprayed for mold before it is repaired.

Despite efforts from groups such as this, those who went on the trip said the area is still in desperate need of help, with residents in many areas struggling to rebuild.

Patrick Bain, an Ozarks alum who lives in New Orleans, heard the group was in the area and stopped by to say hello!
