Men's Soccer Team To Face Hardin-Simmons In ASC Playoffs

Kerrville, Texas-The University of the Ozarks men's soccer team will face Hardin-Simmons University on Saturday at 2:00 p.m. in the quarterfinals of the American Southwest Conference championship tournament in Kerrville, Texas.

Hardin-Simmons defeated Mary Hardin-Baylor 2-1 on Friday afternoon to advance to the final four. The Eagles and Hardin-Simmons squared off last season in the ASC championship match, with the Cowboys defeating the Eagles and winning the ASC title. Ozarks defeated Hardin-Simmons 4-0 in Abilene, Texas, earlier this season.

Ozarks, which went 10-3-0 in the ASC this season, has been to the conference playoffs for a league record seven straight seasons and have played in the championship match in four of those tries.
