Mr. David’s broad experience as a political operative includes work for campaigns, political action groups, and both federal and state government service. He has held senior communications positions on national and statewide campaigns, and has worked for the three best-known Republicans in America. David currently serves as deputy chief of staff for communications in the administration of Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger. Previously, he served as deputy communications director for Senator John McCain's 2008 presidential campaign.

During the 2006 elections, David served as deputy communications director for Governor Schwarzenegger's successful re-election campaign, in charge of the rapid response, war room, and debate communications operations. David also managed the rapid response operation at the White House for the confirmations of U.S. Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts and Associate Justice Samuel Alito. In 2004, he served as deputy director of rapid response for President Bush's re-election campaign. Additionally, David has been communications director for Freedom’s Watch, a D.C.-based political action group.

David has a Juris Doctorate with honors from the University of Tulsa and graduated summa cum laude from the University of the Ozarks with a political science degree. Originally from Tulsa, Oklahoma, David currently resides in Sacramento.
