In
a poem I wrote a number of years ago, I coined the word "sadappy." I
still like the word because it captures that odd, simultaneous mixture
of sorrow and joy I experience on infrequent and rare occasions. Graduation,
for me, is one of those occasions.

Campus Communiqué
The Communiqué can now be located on the
Internet at www.ozarks.edu. The goal of
Communiqué is to inform the university community about social
and academic events, and campus news. We'll try to include everything
you send, but space will sometimes impose constraints. Deadline
